Something about her presence in that instant felt powerful—like she was deep in thought, yet completely grounded. I chose a solid yellow background to heighten that focus, pulling all attention to the expression, texture, and energy within her face. The layers of color and gold leaf bring dimension to a moment that felt simple but said a lot.
